New Jersey lawmakers are wasting no time to legalize recreational marijuana.

Lawmakers introduced decriminalization and other marijuana bills on Friday, Nov. 6, just three days after voters approved legalization. Social justice advocates say the bill won't raise the tax revenue expected, but will actually send the money to police departments.
